I’ve had a passion for the real estate industry since a young age and am proud to say that I work for the best real estate firm out there BUT even more proud to say that I live in the great city of Eugene. I have been immersed in real estate most of my life growing up in a real estate family. I have a background in property management, and have worked construction for the family business since the age of fifteen up until I became a full-time Broker.
Throughout my time in these career fields I have learned the importance of clear communication, topnotch customer service and most importantly hard work. I understand how momentous buying or selling a house is so I will be there for you. I enjoy my job very much, so quite often it really doesn’t feel like one. Don’t ever hesitate to call me, anytime!
As a real estate agent I feel that it is my duty to act as the facilitator between two parties (buyer and seller) to help find one another and accomplish a successful transaction with a minimum amount of headache and negativity. I don’t believe selling or buying a home should be like a boxing match just because we’re on opposing teams. The process of buying or selling a home is an emotional enough experience in and of itself, so I don’t believe it is in the best interest of either party to make the other feel abused or bullied. While unfortunately some real estate agents feel the need to intimidate, and seem to thrive on unnecessary confrontation, I believe this mentality is counterproductive to the basic desires of both parties. Your agent shouldn’t stand in the way! Why should it not be a positive experience for both parties if at all possible?
My client is my first priority. My job is to obtain the best price, terms, and conditions I can for you, not to worry about the other parties feelings or preferences. But, I believe that you should treat others the way you would like to be treated and I have found that real estate transactions are much more satisfying to both parties when closing is a pleasant experience for everyone. I hope you share the same view.
I keep a busy schedule and am thankful for that, but I never keep such a busy schedule that I can’t take a personal interest in each and every one of my clients. The sale of your home is as important to me as it is to you. That is my guarantee to you!
